IC CHARACTERISTICS:
❀ physical description: In her current incarnation, Mona is a fair-skinned girl with blond hair, oftentimes dyed in funny, bubbly colours. She's somewhat boheme about her looks and her fashion these days, though she's easily inspired by what she sees, people she meets or whatever's currently trending. She's got blue eyes and a bunch of tattoes, most of them inspired by the legend of Perseus, her current favourite.
❀ demeanor: Mona is a very relaxed person, generally speaking. She's curious about her world and surroundings, about the people she meets. She's more prone to smiling than frowning, and her patience is vast. She will generally act politely towards strangers - if they offend her, she'll probably just be curious about their circumstances. She's hard to offend because she's (basically) too arrogant to take things to heart.
❀ abilities: Mona has the ability to "pluck the stars from the sky" and to create new constellations which is weird and unnecessary, not to mention, a cosmic impossibility. As such, she's never actually done it. She also doesn't know quite how it would work if she did try. She's very concerned about the order of things and considers it her main job to simply keep everything balanced and in place. She also has the ability to explode into a burst of sparkly confetti if she has to. The blast is really powerful and can take down buildings in her close vicinity. For obvious reasons, this is also an ability she prefers not to deploy.
❀ offensive subjects: She's ancient and has seen it all. Twice or thrice. It takes a lot to unsettle her.

IC PERMISSIONS:
❀ mental/mimicry: Sure! Anyone trying to get into Mona's head will get a weird (but no doubt awesome!) acid-like trip through cosmos. Stardust and starlights abound!
❀ violence: Not if she can avoid it. :(
❀ magic: Sure! She'd be fascinated.
❀ debate Sure!
❀ hugging/kissing/physical affection: Mona is pretty affectionate overall. She's perfectly fine with hugs and kisses.
❀ ships: For brief periods, Mona can strike up with people who aren't Millie. She's had a harsh lesson about immortality and falling in love with a mortal human in the early 1800s and though she's been through a couple of incarnations since then, part of her still remembers. She'll probably be up for a one-night stand or two, though!
